Overall we loved our stay but that was more the fact the hotel was beautiful on a beautiful part of the island. The room we had was large with great amenities. They provided refillable water bottles. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and towels always replaced. The property was on Wailea beach and we were lucky enough to be there during whale season so every evening was filled with sunset watching and seeing whales leap from the sea. There were great choices of pools with good food options.

Everything was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was loaded with a great variety of items to choose from. The resort staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met, from our room attendant to the pool and beach accommodation staff.

Wonderful hotel in a great area. Is not a resort far away from everything. Wailea is vibrant and full of options, with restaurants, shops and diferent beaches. Stoning natural beauty . There is a beach in front of the hotel, where you can dive with turtles and see the wales , effortlessness, they are just there. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing food and drinks. The staff are extremely nice and professional, they welcome you with love. We had our wedding in Maui a day before so when we arrived at the hotel a nice gift waited us in our room, which was really a cute surprise! I loved every minute we will come back for sure! :))

It was the best stay ever! The staff pays attention to every possible detail. They even remembered that I mentioned my sister got engaged and offered us a complementary drink. The facilities are wonderful, the staff is the best, and the beach is beautiful. Would come back anytime and very much recommend staying here.

Pampered. We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.
